ALL sewer work done within the PLAWCS Sewer District MUST be conducted by 1) a licensed PLAWCS approved contractor and/or 2) a MN licensed plumber TO BE DETERMINED by the PLAWCS engineer upon receipt of the project plans or I and I Inspection footage.

Home, business, and land owners who want to make changes to their properties, such as:

seeking new sewer service for raw land
building or altering a structure (garage, home, deck, etc.)
relocating sewer system materials- i.e. basins
disconnecting/reconnecting sewer service
sell their property

MUST receive PLAWCS approval PRIOR to the start of any construction or property sale. It is the property owner and/or purchaser's responsibility to make sure that they are meeting PLAWCS guidelines and regulations. Failure to do so may delay construction projects and property sales.
